January 2016 - Current: Urban Science Applications - IT Operations Associate

  • Provide technical support for US, Mexico, Brazil, Tokyo, and Shanghai offices. Support provided in Spanish as well.
  • Create, test and deploy software applications via SCCM/MECM and Intune Company Portal allowing users to install needed software.
  • On a monthly basis create, manage and apply SQL Server Cumulative Updates via SCCM/MECM and Service Packs via WSUS when applicable to 500+ SQL servers.
  • Part of Patch management on a monthly basis. Monitor automated patch process for all company servers and make sure every update runs smoothly; Troubleshoot issues when errors occur.

  • Keep track of Service Manager ticketing system and make sure all tickets SLAs are met with proper resolution and in a timely manner.

  • Asset tracking of all IT devices via inventory management software Cireson.
  • Deployment and management of Windows Autopiloted devices with Microsoft Intune for newly purchased laptops.
